I met my fast break goals yesterday. I'm glad I started this fast break challenge.
I am trying to figure out what to do about the long runs in my training plan. I think the best solution is to get up early and do them before sunrise. That will take some schedule rearrangement. I already wake at 5 am each day so that I can cook breakfast and get things ready for the day. Maybe we'll just eat cold cereal on the mornings that Mama has a long run scheduled. They only occur once every two weeks so that does not disrupt the rest of the family too much.
