Ok so after the I don't want to do any cardio video, I got mysefl outside and did 45 minute run!! Woohoo! Thanks for everyone's advice on the cardio. I do realise it's important about 3 times a week along with my other workouts and Yoga. :-) Thanks everyone, have a HAPPY DAY!

    You rock! 45 minutes of running is a long time to run, you can definitely congratulate yourself! Wow!
I notice the collar bone area getting skinnier first and I think my face (well I should see it get skinner when I eventually drop some weight, because I definitely noticed the cheeks getting bigger when I picked up some weight, lol).
You've got really great arms! Nicely toned!
Very smart girl you are...taking your bike! :) I'm sure you can enjoy one glass at least 8)
Your face lit up when you spoke about your BF, that is really sweet! 8) And happy for you!

    Wow, 45 min run! You are truly my hero! You are looking fantastic. I am glad to know I am not the only one who notices the wrists. It's one of the first things I see getting more boney as I lose weight, haha. Enjoy the bbq!
