Just got another trophy for my Spark Points that had me looking at all my awards. Saw the 500 Monthly Spark Points and got to think.. hmmm 500 points so how many do I need to get a day?? Dragged out the calculator and BOY did I get
500/ 30 = 17 points a day
So here I am racking up points.. Duh me.. instead of sometimes doing the things that really need to be done thinking BIG when small is all I need.
Well time to change some habits and prioritize to get a max of only 20 to 25 points just doing the food tracker, fitness minutes and streaks. Bonus will be the huddle and comments of friends pages. Off to grad online coursework and the nose in the book and typing papers grind once again!
Hey Hershey, I know what you mean - those spark points can be a double edged thing. When I'm more active, I have less time to rack up the points! But I guess the point is to be healthy, right?
