congrats on your weight loss. i have cravings too. my husband bought that *exact* ice cream you talked about.. it's sitting in my freezer.. and i haven't had any so far.. but, the temptation is horrible. :( have to agree with ORDINARYNME .. have you ever tried diet mountain dew? try to go easier on yourself about having the brownie... just moderation is the key. :)

I am PMSing too and I completely understand that NEED for the brownie! I always want chocolate, chinese food, and bbq during that time LOL You should try the sugar free chocolate puddings because they are only 60 calories!!! And have you tried that diet dew yet? Good luck!!!

I totally saw myself in you when I was watching this. Remember, you can treat yourself.. never feel badly about what you eat... and it works even better if it fits in your calorie range.. as for the mountain dew... have you tried diet??

I can totally understand your cravings for certain foods!
It is soo hard to resist in the beginning! But if you could just try to "fill yourself up" on water or diet soda and healthier snacks, it WILL get easier!! And regular exercise also helps to keep cravings in balance.

Anyhow, you may think it sounds so studpid to recommend water or diet soda - and when those cravings hit you hard water is certainly NOT what you feel like going for - but I can promise you that once you get through those first rough days, it WILL get easier!

Have a great day!

You can do it girl! You can have a little dark chocolate in moderation with your diet to hold you over....It helps my cravings, also chew some sugarless gum to help with the sweet tooth. Good luck!
