After completing all of round 1 except for the last week when I had some health issues, I felt great. My weight, however, did not go down much as I didn't follow the nutrition program. Despite that, I see many benefits of completing P90X. First of all, I have a great sense of accomplishment. I'm definitely stronger. I feel like my workouts have become well rounded. As a spinning instructor, I focused more on cardio and then weight training and really nothing else. I tried things I thought I could never do like plyometrics. I had knee surgery and always thought I could not do that. But, as Tony gives such excellent instructions like "land like a cat" "think spiderman" I can do the plyo and feel great. And Yoga X, well that was something else. My wrists got very sore and as I've had surgery on both wrists I was concerned. I consulted a BB team advisor and I now substitute another Power yoga DVD and it is working great. Kenpo X I love.
I am now ready to work on the nutrition this time around and "bring it" in all the workouts.
