A former student of my husband's played for the Chicago Bears for all of his football career. He stopped in to see us at the end of one of his summer training camps. We were talking about what training camp entailed and he told us of his latest experience. The entire team was sent to a dance instructor for 5 mornings, 4 hours each morning. When the team heard about this, the consensus was that it would be a "Piece of Cake" and, many of them thought it would be a "Waste of their Time". By the end of the first morning, they were exhausted and sore and many could not keep up. By the end of the week, Mark said there wasn't one guy who didn't admit that they had NEVER been challenged to that degree and that they were NEVER in better shape. They had a whole new appreciation for dancing and all that it entailed. So..........for all of you who love to is the best thing for you all the way around.
