Ok, I didn't work out for 2 weeks straight and I managed to lose 1.5 lbs each week. Well I started back working out this week and I was expecting a little more weight to fall off but it seems to be stuck. So far I have lost .5 lbs. UGH! I know the week is not over but what's really going on. I can lose .5 with NO exercise so I'm expecting more with exercise. I will remain motivated and keep on pushing on though!
