Five motivations to help me stay focused thru the next ten weeks:
1. Make a grocery list before I shop, with meals that we will eat and not toss.
2. Plan whole foods meals for suppers.
3. Subsitute fresh fruit for (smash them first) processed goodies.
4. Log on to SP daily.
5. Complete exercise before work, when you have more energy.
6. Keep logging pedometer totals on calender.
7. Track nutrition daily.
8. Drink a quart of water in AM and again in the PM!
Keep water bottle with you.
