Today was difficult. Day 2 of the C25K was harder than Day 1. I hope it gets easier. I hope I get stronger.
Last night while the family made sundaes, I ate this...
Fake Out Sundae
1/2 Frozen banana
1/4 cup vanilla yogurt
5 ice cubes
Fake Out Chocolate Syrup
1 TBS unsweetened Cocoa powder
1 tsp Stevia or other sweetener
Enough water to make into a syrup
Add banana, yogurt and ice to food processor or blender and mix. Freeze about 30 minutes. Cover with "syrup."
I didn't have time to freeze mine. It was very good and offered a great chocolate fix. Entire dessert is under 200 calories.
