Breakfast - 1/3 serving pancakes, 1 tbls light pancake syrup..... 2 egg whites, 1 morning star veggie sausage, mushrooms, scallions, roasted red peppers, 1/8 cup 2% cheddar... 1/2 cup 1% milk - 331


Lunch - veggie chicken gyro... yoplait light coconut yogurt - 336


Snack - 1 rice cake.... 1/2 tbls peanut butter.... 1/2 tbls blueberry cream cheese... 1/2 banana - 186


Dinner- 2 veggie burgers (recipe below), 2 tbls ketchup, 2 servings alexia sweet potato fries, 1 serving steamfresh garlic cauliflower, 1 tbls malt vinegar - 652


Snack - 1 rice cake, 1 wasa wheat cracker, 1 tbls hummus, 1 tbls blueberry creamcheese - 175
..... (maybe overkill with the rice cakes but I figured it was the same calories as having another hummus cracker and I really wanted both :-) )


Total Calories for the day ~ 1679 ... I felt like I did much better today & I got my workout in
