well I dident so so well yesterday... I overate, I did not put my food into my tracker & felt generaly blah. Nibbled on bread while cooking dinner... damn, good bread kills me... its one of my weaknesses and I should know better than to have it sitting around. grrr. I also made cookies for the kids and ended up eating 3 of them... I only intended to try one, but in the end I ended up with three. Just gotta learn from it and realize every day is not gonna be perfect & then move on.
Breakfast - Fiber one cereal... apple
Lunch - Tuna on pumpernickle.... 1 cup yogurt
Snack - 3 oatmeal raisin cookies..... 1/2 cup milk
Dinner - veggie lasagna... small salad with honey mustard dressing.... roasted garlic artisan bread (about 3 slices).... 1 tsp light margarine
snack - strawberries & splenda
