Staying Encouraged

Tuesday, May 25, 2010

emoticonThis is a New Year (2010) and we re half way through it and I have not written anything. God has been execptioally good to me. I fell and broke my femur in my right thigh and I am getting around very good because of God's blessings and the support of my family. I lost 11 lbs during the first three months of my recovery, but now I seem to be at a stand still. I am faithful that this will change because I have re-evaluated my goals and decided not to rush; but continue to eat healthy and exercise. I know a change will come,

Thanks Spark People for your continued encouragement, motivation, and support. I am not giving up. I will succeed at reaching my goals.

I would like to thank you for responding to my Blog Post for it has been an up and down journey, but I know I can do this and I am not giving up on myself. I have been blessed and I know God has not finished with me yet. I really want a healthy life style because I know I will feel better about myself and I will be able to move around, reach out and motivate others and to have a positive impact on their lives and encourage them in reaching what may seem impossible, but know that nothing is impossible with God on your side on this journey.

Not rushing is, in my opinion, is the best approach. It makes it easier to incorporate permanent lifestyle changes into your daily routines.

Eating healthy and exercising is the key to your success! Stay motivated, never give up, and don't ever stress about an arbitrary timeline.
