Well, made it this far (so far). Got through the weekend without falling off the eating plan and though I didn't get as much "working out" in as I would have liked, I DID have a pretty active weekend. Friday night I got in 200 pushups during my strength workout (4 sets of 50). Saturday I got in a 32 mile bike ride with the club. Sunday I mowed my entire property and weed whacked my property along with a large ditch on out association's land (volunteer work), and followed the weed-whacking with 4 laps of swimming from our pier to our raft and back (something I haven't done in years).
Tonight it's back to the weight work . . .
