Walking my way to a healthy body

So, today I dusted off the treadmill and walked .58 miles in 20 minutes. Not exactly athlete status, but it's a good start for me. I wanted to give up at minute 11 and then again at 16. To be honest, the only reason I held in there was so I could track that I actually did some form of activity today. And if that's what it's going to take to get me to exercise, that's ok. In time, it will be something I'll enjoy doing.
