Woo hoo!

Woo hoo!
I lost two pounds this week! All in a very stressful week. I have started to make changes slowly as I am in this for the long haul. They say this is a marathon not a sprint. I didn't put this weight on in one weekend, it will take longer to take it off. I tracked every bite I ate, cut my glass of wine at dinner and made sure I drank my water everyday. This week I add walking 3x a week with my big dog who also needs to lose weight.

It was beautiful in Milwaukee yesterday and spent the whole day outside planting flowers, strawberries and tomatoes.

Looks like another beautiful day today. I am trying another Spark recipe for rhubarb crisp. We tried the chicken enchilada casserole on Friday and it was delicious.
