20 DAY CARDIO BOOTCAMP WEEK # 2 RESULTS

WOW !!!
emoticonI completed my 2nd week of BOOTCAMP ! from now until the 30th I will be bloging at the end of each week as to how my body is taking to this bootcamp & just how I'm feeling in general. This week was a GREAT week ! I stuck to my BOOTCAMP day in and day out , as well as keeping a well balanced meal plan and guess what yaw !!! SUCCESS WAS REACHED WITH A 2.6 LB LOST THIS WEEK AND TOM IS ON THE WAY !!!! WOW !!! BOOTCAMP IS PAYING OFF !!!! emoticon

Week # 2 CARDIO BOOTCAMP

Sun:5/16
Leslie's 1 & 2 mile walking workout
ST: AB routine
Easy workout after having a rest day on Saturday !

ST: Full body wo

Tue:5/18
Cardio sculpt Jeanette Jenkins
ST: Upper body wo
This workout had me sweating bullets , I felt the burn 101% :) emoticon emoticon


Wed:5/19
Slim in 6 START IT UP workout
ST: Lower body wo & AB routine
This workout had ALOT of squats , so for that reason it KILLED me , short wo but VERY EFFECTIVE ! emoticon


Thu:5/20
Daily dozen Denise Austin
ST: Back wo
I was shocked to learn that this wo burned the most cals out of all my workouts for the week ! It was a full body SWEAT !

Circuit training cardio blast workout
ST: Core wo & AB routine
this is a wo I created & I love it ! It is a full body circuit training wo so I was happy I made it through it ! emoticon emoticon
