I've had a busy week and have spent less time here on Spark, and I realized that I haven't blogged all week. I have been checking in each day but not as active. Still thinking of you all, though! I'm doing fairly well on my program; I've crept up one pound, but I always have about a 3 pound range, and I'm still on the lower end. My eating has been on track, even without using the nutrition tracker each day. I've been very active, especially in the garden, but I have been slipping at the strength training. Obviously, I'm using muscles when digging, but it's not the same as sticking with a prescribed set of exercises targeting upper or lower body, or my core. In the winter, I find it easier to do those kinds of workouts, because I'm shut in the house more. In the nicer weather, I want to be outside, so I take longer walks and work in the gardens. I guess it all works out in the end. But my goal for this week coming up is to do one of the boot camp programs here on Spark, just to stay focused on the strength exercises.
