From the Stronger Seniors 'Stretch' Program, some good stretches to increase range of motion, flexibilty, and mobility.
Some light chair calisthenics added for good measure.

    Absolutely! Make sure to push yourself a little... when I say 'reach', really try to stretch those arms out or up. Your joints will thank you later.
