I finished C25K week 1 last night! I'm excited by how well it went, but I'm nervous by how fast it went! I feel OK to move on, but if I'm being completely honest, I'm scared of getting to week 5. I know I shouldn't be looking that far ahead, but... what can I say?
Days 2 and 3 were easier than day 1 because I knew what to expect. I went into it without all of the anxiety of the unknown.
I'm using the Ullrey podcasts which make everything so much easier. I can just focus on the task at hand without having to worry about keeping track of time or intervals or whatever.

I'm doing my C25K program on the treadmill. I'm trying to decide if I need to take some of my days outdoor or not.

I was hoping to incorporate C25K with P90X, but this week was a rough one for me regarding my kids and sleep so next week will be a P90X Phase II, Week 3 do over. I don't want to miss out on any of that P90X goodness.
