Well, I've made 2 whole days in a row of no eating cheats and getting some exercise.
Walked the dogs this morning, did my regular lunch walk, and just got off the treadmill where I did a few intravels. Today's cardio and core day, so I still have some elevated planks and side planks to do along with a couple sets of stability ball crunches.
Then tomorrow's another day . . . And back to strength training.
