Sleep was better last night for me at least.I managed to get a few things caught up around my house and finished a small project I was working on.
Me and the girls ran around kicking a ball and throwing rocks today. When it came time for my strength training I was pooped. That when all my grumpyness worked to my advantage. My inner voice Grrred at me to get off my butt and just get to it. So I got it done.
I can tell the end is near for my women issues because I am starting to feel better. I just hope that the water weight is gone by weigh in day.
keep on plodding everyone, you can do it and just remember to say Grrr
