full sunshine, very warm weather here today. more sunshine and warm weather is expected for the rest of the weekend. the only day there is a chance of rain is on saturday. it is a long weekend here in canada. monday is a holiday for schools and many businesses, including the banks and the post office. so far, other than seeing some fireworks over the weekend, my family and i have not made any specific plans. i did get in my main cardio workout today, as well as some crunches and other exercises. i also did plenty of walking throughout my day, which ended up at about 18,000 steps altogether. no wonder i want to rest now. the rest of my family has already gone to bed for the night here. mommy is the only one up. i will make sure our air conditioner is up and running this weekend. i have a feeling we will need it and will have company,too. have a fabulous day,all! i was just checking my sparkpage and as of today, it has been three years since i started on spark!
