HAVING TROUBLE GETTING ON TRACK

I went on vacation last month and did pretty good there. Did a lot of walking so I didn't gain weight, but I was use to doing regular exercise that when I came back I haven't been able to get myself back on track. I also what to snack at night for some reason. I was also having trouble getting back to a good sleep pattern, but I think that is almost under control. Naturally I'm a night owl and I changed by getting up earlier and going to bed earlier, but on vacation I was a night owl so now I'm not getting up as early. This effect eating three meals and a snack a day, which I think make me want to eat at night. I tried setting my alarm but then I'm tired all day and don't workout very well. I have never had so much trouble going back to my regular routine before. Is it because I'm getting older???? If anyone has any suggestion please Help!!! I am getting frustrated and wasting a month of weight loss.
