The calories are still not where I need them to be. I need to work harder on healthier choices for lunch and snacks. I had to stop at the grocery store on my way home from work so I had some walnuts between work and the store. There's a lot of fat in walnuts!!!!! But they tasted good and kept me from buying junk at the grocery store that I didn't need. Bought a quilting magazine instead. Now if there was just time to look at it. I think that's a project I could do as I ride my exercise bike, which I need to do right now. Got some exercise by moving more stuff from the farm house to town. Went up and down the stairs quite a few times. And carrying stuff on the way down helps also. Didn't get out for a walk even though it was nice. Still trying to get to where I need to be with eating and exercising. Blogging does make you more accountable to what you're doing. There's hope out there.
