Insanity Work Out Day #16: Pure Cardio and Cardio Abs

Today was my second day of doing pure cardio AND cardio abs in the same day.

Once again, I was able to do the 2 work outs back to back. Pure cardio went well, though there were some moves that I had to improvise on because I knew that I wouldn't be able to last if I tried to do everything with that speed. For example, the part where Shaun T has you do 8 push ups and then run it out and jump up? I just did the 8 push ups. It would be way too much for me if I tried to do it all.

But other than that the work out went really well!

Cardio abs went great, I noticed that after only doing this work out twice that I was able to perform the C sit position exercises a little bit better. I don't know why, but the last exercise is my favorite. The upper/lower plank exercises where you're pulsing your hips forward. I can really feel it squeezing on my abs!

I've stuck to the diet today and have been continuing to have my mid-morning/mid-afternoon snacks be fruit only instead of my low fat yogurt or non fat pudding. I feel great!
