Weight loss jump started with Kelp, Magnesium Citrate and a B-Complex

I'm only 32- but have for the past 6 years had too much belly, lots of hair loss, dry hair, felt sluggish and other problems. Every year I have got my check up and the doctors are always "Wow, you're in great health!" Blood pressure, thyroid levels everything from A to Z always was great. Still, I kept feeling that something wasn't right. I suspected hypothroidism. I have never ate a lot and I am physically active but the weight would not budge. The hair loss started in my teen years and also the lack of energy. In my late 20s the symptoms got worse, especially right after my kids were born. I was reading a "Woman's World" article about a woman whose hormones were imbalanced and a naturalist doctor told her to take a Vitamin B complex along with magnesium citrate. So I started that and later kept reading about natural iodine which is found in KELP. This stuff is amazing. You will lose weight ONLY if there is a hypothyroid problem-which is caused by an excess of estrogen. Too much estrogen (either from eating too much sugar or from chemicals and processed foods) is the root of most diseases and conditions today. The results that I have already seen is a surge of energy and my belly is going down. I have been doing this for almost 2 weeks and with no "formal exercise" I have lost 5 lbs and an inch and a half in my waist. I am very happy with the results and now I will do my "formal exercise" again to get more weight loss and lose even more inches. My weird cravings have disappeared. I used to go to bed at 6 p.m. because I just felt so exhausted and now I go to bed around 9:30 p.m. I always knew something was wrong and the doctors just always checked me out and said that I was really healthy. By being an avid reader and by googling a lot of info on the internet I finally found what I have always needed. I take 400 mg of magnesium citrate, a multi, 1 kelp capsule, and a Super B-Complex-that's it. Magnesium citrate pills are HUGE so cut them in half and take them that way. If you experience no weight loss that just means your endocrine system is O.K. But if you are like me and take this vitamins are do have weight loss and begin to feel better it means you are low hypothyroid. And remember to drink lots of pure water (non-chlorinated).

    very interested in your comments here. I have just started my regime. Have quite a lot of weight to lose. I am on kelp, and big believer I have a terribly slow metabolism, my mum, now gone, had her thyroid removed ( i cant remember why, was long time ago).

    also like you notes on magnesium, i will look into this more.
