So here are my goals that I set for myself yesterday:
*Don't drink soda at work. (FAILED)
*Complete the Quickfire Challenge (COMPLETED!)
*Do 10 minutes of cardio (COMPLETED!)
*No eatting after 9pm (COMPLETED!)
So I guess 3 out of 4 isn't too bad. Soda is going to be the biggest issue for me, I've given it up before so I know I can do it again.

*No eatting after 8:30 pm.
*Do at least one rep of each: arms, lower body, and abs strength exercises.
