I am leaving to Japan tomorrow morning, so I measured myself today.
I have been very good about what to eat.
I went to outback with my host family and ordered the light cal version of Chicken in a barbie thingy. I have to be quite honest with you. Even though it was light ver. it was VERY VERY salty and peppery. I will NOT suggest that. I only ate half of it and brought the rest back home and rinsed it and scrubbed, then finished it for lunch today =D
Oh, I tried Skinny Cow Cookie and Cream Ice cream. It's 150 kcal in one little tub. I only had 1/5th of it or even less. It tasted really good, but I made sure to stop! I WOULD suggest, if you do have a sweet tooth, to go ahead and buy one Skinny Cow ONLY one! and make a goal to have one a week. I am saving it =D!!! even though I am leaving tomorrow...=(
But, overall, my 8 days diet program has worked due to everyone's AMAZING support!
I now weigh 131.6lbs. I started off 141.8lbs 8days ago. Next week while I am in Japan, I am going to be going through maintain weight program. My goal of losing 20lbs this summer is on its WAY!!
For people who might be interested in what I did that I lost 10lbs in 8days. I have had very small portions to eat every 3 hours. I bought this AMAZING water bottle from Kohls that is 64 ounces (for less than $8!! attached on link!). And drink my daily water with benefiber 6 tsps of benfiber!
If I craved for carbs, which I do, I consumed one english low-carb muffin (100kcal) for breakfast with 5 ounces of protein shake. For lunch I had half of the muffin (50kcal) and grilled chicken. For in between snacks I drank 3 ounces of protein shake. And for dinner, I had again 5 ounces of protein shake!!!!
Whenever I craved food, I drank water! Or sometimes chew gum whenever my mouth feels empty and lonely =D
Well, it served me well! Hopefully I will maintain this in Japan and lose 10lbs more! =D
