Lesson I have learned

As I am trying to maintain my weight loss, I have learned to basically eat as if I am continuing on my low fat, lower calorie plan for everyday and then when my husband wants to go out and get beers and our favorite thin crust Italian pizza I can do so. The scale told me that I was down a pound this morning which puts me just one pound under goal.......so now I can not feel guilty when I eat and drink the pizza and beer. The one pound will for sure come back on but that puts me back at goal. And the good news is that I know then tomorrow I must go back to the lower calorie, lower fat, healthy eating plan until the next "going out to eat" time. I think this will work for me. It's a give and take situation for me. Give in only sometimes but then get right back to healthy eating. The good news too is that the pizza I get only has sauce and cheese not a bunch of other things. Of course the Negro Modelos add mucho calories but I always stop at 2.
