Ok, I have been foolish long enough. I kept telling myself 'I'm not eating much'. Well today I start with the dreaded logging of food. My food journal will be on line and since I am always on line what's the problem. The problem is I don't like keeping a journal. But I need to add this to my regimen along with my newfound exercise routine (thank you curves)!
Why is it the little things that always get us so bogged down?
