Tracking food

Ok, I have been foolish long enough. I kept telling myself 'I'm not eating much'. Well today I start with the dreaded logging of food. My food journal will be on line and since I am always on line what's the problem. The problem is I don't like keeping a journal. But I need to add this to my regimen along with my newfound exercise routine (thank you curves)!

Why is it the little things that always get us so bogged down?

    That's the #1 key to success in my opinion. I'm under my goal weight and I still log. It is a habit worth forming. 85% of this battle is what you put in your mouth.

    It is because we are scared of the little things. Logging your food is a great thing. It was a real eye opener when I started weighing my food every meal. Some meals I was eating over 2 pounds of food!!!
