I have been thinking about the goals I wanted to make for the 2 weeks since BLC 13 started. I even wrote them down in a notebook. Only problem is I was the only one seeing them. And I need more accountability
So My short term goals are:
1. Exercise 20 min 6X week. To stay on the streak.
2. I will log my food at least 5X week.
3. I will drink my water daily.
4. I will concentrate on freggies.
5. To stay in calorie range 80% of the time.
Long term (12 week) goals:
1. To lose 15-20 pounds
2. I will finish C25K training.
3. I will RUN my 5K on July 3rd with no walking.
