Yesterday I downloaded the podcast for the C25K.
Today I planned my route and did the C25K, well...
I didn't finish. WHOO that is a workout if you're not in shape!
It looks so simple on paper.
I did make it to the half way mark!
I plan to go out and finish this evening.
I applaud myself for actually getting off the couch!
To be frankly honest, I didn't even think I could make it to the half way mark.
Good thing I concentrated on controlling my breathing. If it wasn't for the added 'water weight' I do believe that I could have finished... TOM appears right on time whether you want it to or NOT!
So for now, the running shoes are coming off, but they'll be back on before dusk.
Update: It's 7:15 p.m. - I finished! My goal on Wednesday is to go further than the half way point...
