I think I did pretty awesome today :-)
Breakfast: 1 cup blueberry Special K Cereal... 1/2 cup 1% milk, 4 strawberries - 212
(first time I have tried the blue berry.... it was pretty good!)
As soon as we were done with breakfast me and the kids and hubby all went to the park. We took a great walk and then played with the beach ball a bit. My baby girl was as red as a cherry though by the time we left.... she does not do well with the heat. We had alot of fun though and got some much needed exercise in.

Lunch: 1/2 grilled turkey and cheese sandwich on double fiber bread..... 1/2 apple.... yoplait light key lime pie yogurt (yum! I splurged and got cups of yogurt instead of the big bulk container lol) - 333
(And I erased my darn photo... grrrrr!)
Snack: Fiber one oats & chocolate bars - 140
(these are adictive.... I am trying my hand at keeping them in the house again though since I seem to have a bit more control over what I put in my mouth now.... I use to get up at midnight and polish one off.... it was pretty bad)
Dinner: BBQ chicken sandwich (1/3 cup light meat rotisary chicken, 2 tbls bbq sauce, doulbe fiber bun).... 1/2 cup cole slaw..... 1/3 cup bushes grillin beans.... 1/2 serving harvest cheddar sun chips - 598
Snack: String Cheese - 80
Snack: Strawberries, 1/4 cup light cool whip, 1 chocolate cup cake - 279
Total Calories for the day ~ 1641 .... right on target!
