May 15 - Back up!!!!!

So this week I weighted myself on Wed - i was so happy! Down 3 lbs! Yeah!

Then... Thusday - back up to 200.8! then Friday 201.8!!! Then this morning 202.8!!! I know that it is salt, and drinking not enough, but man is is disheartening.... disappointing.... discouraging!

I had another very busy week and will be having another busy week next week. My husband, who is loving and supportive, said to not try to loose weight during this busy time at work.... I'm putting in like 75-80 hours of work then coming home to do another hour of cardio on my machine and the 24/7 gym exercises and then I stay up a little more to read and watch some time-shifted programs....

The latest BLC includes getting 6 hours of sleep - well: I did on thurs and last night! Yeah me! But I am still up! I really need to manage my calorie intake!

My husband is downstairs now making me my veggie soup so I'll eat healthier this weekend.... we'll see if I can get down to where I was on wed!

    Whoa - with those kind of hours, I'd suspect getting your rest is WAY more important than getting in a whole half-hour of exercise. Maybe do 10 minutes at a time here and there and squeeze it into those 80-hour-workdays? :) GET your sleep, girl, don't short-change your body!

    Im sur eyou will be fine. Try green tea it does wounders for too much salt in the diet. Good luck on Wednesday!!!
