Wild Girl's Night Out

Saturday, May 15, 2010

I better make this fast while my internet is working. I have a lot to get done today.

Remember me finding 2 of my chinchillas, Blocker and Stinker, loose in the house the other day after their wild girl's night out? Last night Benny and Ian both checked to make sure the cage doors were all closed. This morning the door was wide open and Blocker was on the loose again. Stinker chose to stay in the cage. LOL. Yes, the little devil has learned how to open her cage door so we must do some cage modifications. LOL.

Animals!!! Gotta love 'em. When I took the pic of my bird bath, it needed water, but not after last night!! OMG, what a stormy, rainy night in Georgia!!

Hope you have a great day . . Jan

Our dogs know how to open our gate. They are self-walking models.

Well, if you have some extra chinchillas a few months from now, you'll know just how wild and crazy they turned out to be. emoticon

Wow they must be intelligent lil critters. A friend had a cat who could open doors, turn keys in locks, and turn door knobs.

Sorry about your internet. They will have to come up with a new excuse now as it's already been 2 wks I think.

A new week is here, and May is half gone. Have a great week and even if we don't hear from you we are thinking of you.

I had no idea the l'il devils were so smart! There must be something she really wants outside the cage ... like, maybe, FREEDOM? LOL, I knew you had a wee bit more Internet time when I saw your lunch report.

Hi there, I got the perfect answer to your little Houdini, lol. what we use on the rabbit cage is the clip at the end of a dog leash. it works great. Good luck, I love those adorable little chinchillas, what are thier personalities like? I guess I mean are they similar to guinea pigs, (I love guineas) or rabits? emoticon

Hope you are having a good day. It is cold and rainy here. We did go to the Farmer's Market - got some Celebrity Tomato Plants. Hope now to get them in the ground soon.

I also got a couple of Spanish Flag Lantanas and a Mexican Honeysuckle (flowers are red).

Take care and have a good weekend.
