Happy Saturday. . . .

Its early & I'm still sleepy. I didn't get a fit night of rest but I'm going on with my runs. My guilty pleasure today will not be food, drink or working out. Today my guilty pleasure will consist of nice 40minute nap. I have longing for a nap all week & what a way to seal Saturday afternoon. I didn't like naps as a child but as a preteen I would come home do my lesson, watch a few cartoons & then you guessed it hit the hay!

Today, I will be doing Power Walking, Jumping Jacks, Tae Bo & Yoga stretches. What are you doing today for exercise or what is your guilty pleasure?

    Naps are the best! (when you can spare the time to do it) emoticon Job on your workouts Dee! I mowed the lawn for and Hr and 45 minutes and then trimmed and walked casey for 60 minutes. Have a Great Sunday Dee! emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

    I did AM and PM fittv workouts... and my guilty pleasure today was lunch at Macy's... chicken tenders with fries... but I had extra flex points and activity points from Weight Watchers to spare... It was a great lunch... emoticon

That nap sounds good, I hope you caught up on some much needed rest... Now I am going to pop some popcorn... I am looking at Twilight right now and Direct Tv...

    I've done tons of walking and heavy lifting today due to getting things in order around the house. It's such hardwork when you finally get around to unpacking everything in your house. As far as guilty pleasure, I hit up the Farmers Market today for a couple of pounds of fresh blue crabs and some mussels. Yum! I'm going to indulge in pounds of fresh seafood and one mixed drink. I think I deserve it.

    Happy Saturday right back at ya! I'm doing jumping jacks and power walking and throwing in a few push ups and sit ups.
