    I am so with you on this. You could have been telling my story. Unfortunately, I have fallen off the wagon. My exercise is lenghty, but lax and my eating terrible. Worse of all I have gained back almost half of what I have lost. The worse thing is that now I know I can NEVER let my guard down and yet I have. So right now, though you think you aren't doing well, you have the torch. Keep marching onward! I am so proud of you and your progress!

    I think I hear your kid in the background. Maybe you should do a family video emoticon It's about time you introduced us to the family - lol

Are you trying to exercise your tummy more? Maybe you should gear more of your workouts to your stomach. I do x-factor and it kills the abs.

Also, some of what you are talking about (and I know you don't want to hear this) is probably somewhat in your own mind. I feel this because I go through the same thing. When I gain a few lbs, I feel like I gained it all right in the stomach. That's probably because this is the touchy part of my whole weight loss thing. That's to say that my stomach has always been the thing that bothered me the most so when I gain a lb, I look at my stomach and say, "Oh yeah, I can see it." In reality, I can't but in my own mind, I feel like it shows big time. I feel like my pants are tighter and like people are looking at my stomach saying, "Uh oh, he's gaining it back."

This, hon is not true. So, it seems to me that your stomach is what bothers you most. I would concentrate my exercise on stomach exercises. Do sit-ups and crunches and know that you WILL conquer this too. What you believe, you will achieve.

Here's a web site that lists just a few basic crunches. I am by no means an expert, but this should help .... hell, it's not gonna hurt, right?

    Body image is a female's worst enemy. We also see ourselves as bigger and more untoned than we actually are. I have that problem and for me the trigger is the scale or if my clothes feel tight. Those 2 things can ruin my day. So just try to stay positive, keep exercising and eating as healthy as possible and you will make it through the roller coaster ride:) emoticon

    I like your Chuck E Cheese pictures on the fridge! We have those all over the place too. Not sure about your bloated after dinner dilemma though. But keep your head up and just keep trying!

    Try Beano before you eat, and try to eat slower and not talk as much in between bites. I have the SAME issue, except I look 6months preggo...lol. I feel ya sweety! So I work at a hospital and asked the nutritionist what I could be doing different, and that is the info she gave me! Also some of your veggie cause gas too. So try Beano and eating slower and not talk as much between bites. ;)
