So in the past few months, I have managed to lose and maintain 10 pounds. This is mostly from eating better, little snacking, and walking a lot. Well, the past two weeks have been extremely lazy for me. I have been so busy that I have been eating on the go, snacking, and barely walking. While I have maintained the weight within a pound or two, this is very upsetting. Tomorrow is my birthday and I ahve plans for the entire weekend. As soon as this weekend is over, I AM GETTING BACK ON TRACK!
