Ugh

So in the past few months, I have managed to lose and maintain 10 pounds. This is mostly from eating better, little snacking, and walking a lot. Well, the past two weeks have been extremely lazy for me. I have been so busy that I have been eating on the go, snacking, and barely walking. While I have maintained the weight within a pound or two, this is very upsetting. Tomorrow is my birthday and I ahve plans for the entire weekend. As soon as this weekend is over, I AM GETTING BACK ON TRACK!

    I know it is frustrating because my weight kind of stopped going down too but hang in there and be patient, I know you probably feel like you have been patient enough! LOL but things will work out they always do and it is good to see that you are willing to get back into it and stick with it. Good luck!
