Breakfast: 1 cup multigrain cheerios, 1/2 cup 1% milk - 165 cal


Lunch: peanut butter & Jam sandwich on double fiber wheat bread.... 1/2 banana.... 1 cup 1% milk - 350 cal


Snack: 1/2 mini snickers bar - 50 cal


Dinner: vegetable rotini lasagna bake, 1/2 cup green beans, steamfresh lightly sauced broccoli & cheese sauce - 427 cal


Snack: 1 serving baked scoops potato chips, 1/4 avocado, 2 tbls light sour cream -261 cal


Snack: 1 banana, 1/2 tbls natural peanut butter - 175 cal

Total Calories - 1421 (right on the low end of my calories)
