So I got this idea from DLEE27 about writing a letter to my future healthy self:
Hi Healthy Me,
Okay so i'm guessing you're feeling pretty weird right now...don't worry I'm feeling pretty weird writing it! First things first CONGRATULATIONS you kept to it and it was worth it right?! You have an amazing slim body that when you move you can feel its power you can feel all those hours that you put in to make it into the awsomenes that it is now. Not only that but your concentration has got so good that you actually concentrate fully on your uni. work without zoning out ( Okay don't beat yourself up if still happens). Also your confidence has improved a so much you no longer feel like second best and you're open to making friendships and enjoying life (I hope you've been doing that for a while). The most wonderful part of getting healthy is that you don't flinch or avoid eye contact when you meet a mirror you stare at yourself because you have cheekbones that you never dreamed of exsisting your legs att is considerably smaller than it is now r long and slim and so are those arms, your butt is considerably smaller than it is now(
) but it's now toned and bouncy. Now we both know there's an area that I haven't mentioned the stomach!!!!!!!!!!! because secretly I want washboard (yes I know that's mainly from the media's pictures of celebs and models) but make your peace with the fact that it isn't going to happen for you as we both know that you store your weight around oyur middle so all I hope you have is got a better hip:waist ratio and are now generally going to keep that tummy fat down as much as healthy. So for now goodbye I hope to see you soon and that we get well aquainted rather than a quicjk fling and we're back to here.
