I'll be doing 4-6 times a week cardio and strength but...what? what? what? I'm just not sure who to follow and what suits me best...hmmm...

    It can be confusing about what works and what doesn't! Unfortunately I guess it's a matter of trial and matter until you actually find what works for you!

    Wow, the gym sounds expensive. Here there are gyms that are that expensive too...but I have found much cheaper too. If you really want to go to gym...try to find cheaper...not sure how you'll find it, try and google maybe? Sorry, not very helpful I know...but I'm almost sure you'll find cheaper! I googled for myself, in order to find pools (because I rally want to concentrate on swimming) and so I went through a process of elimination, in terms of price and location and eventually found a place I like.

    Yes, bikini pics, especially the ones of the view you don't usually see of yourself can be quite enlightening! Good for you for taking that step! :)

    It's normal to feel confused once in a while...but what's really important is that you're in touch with what you're feeling and thinking and that you keep at it!! Don't lose hope!

    There's nothing stupid about wanting to start your week on Monday and have it be a good day. I like to start out strong too because by Friday, I'm usually wiped out. Keep focused and keep on doing what you do well.
