    I liked this short video, I have flat feet, arthritis and tremors so it is really hard for me to stand and exercise. So a aerobic video sitting down is great. I might just order the video itself.

A good mix of exercise types is key... Strength training is important in maintaining muscle mass and increasing bone density. Good for functional fitness, as well as preventing osteoporosis.

Muscle contractions are what gets the blood to the bones, so keep that in the mix!

    Great video! I love it.. Talking while doing cardio is the best method to know it is aerobic exercise and not anarobic like strength training.. If some of the elderly I visited had a computer I would set them to this workout too!
