My plan is to stay off the scale until June 1. I am tired of up 1 down 2 up.5 down 1. It is just crazy. I'm so addicted to the scale that sometimes I weigh several times a day. One thing I do know is that if I follow my plan with no cheats that I will lose something.
So, my plan is to stay off the scale until June 1 and have NO CHEATS. If I do that, I can do nothing else but lose. That's a winning plan!
