To avoid obssessive type behavior (checking my spark page dozens of times a day, spending WAY too much time finding ways to earn spark points, etc.) I've sort of been "spark stalking". I've been reading posts, checking out recipes, etc. and not much else. I have been watching what I eat, making sure I move more, and generally trying to make wiser choices.
When I started this journey - yet again - I had gotten to the worst weight I've ever been at. Weighed in today and I'm down 12.2 pounds total in the last 2 1/2 or 3 weeks. And that's during the final two weeks of getting a show on stage which is usually the time of lousy eating habits and way to much junk food!
