I have decided to buy a 150,000 dollar house! I didn't think I would ever be able to buy such an expensive house. My last house only cost me 48k so this is a big jump up, but I will be saving a lot of money on fuel! I am a little scared but excited too, it is a really nice house though in a nice neighborhood. Wish me luck!

    Hi MISCHELLEK;

Good for you because in today's time $150.000 is a really good price. I live in the country and I look at there prices and wonder where they live. Income is low and even rents are $800.00 and more as people are making $300.00 if lucky a week . Get the picture. Anything that saves fuel go for it. I am all electric and I pay less then they pay for electric, gas and oil. I have back up for outages gas portable heaters.
