Today is day 3 of renewing my efforts to journal my food intake, exercise, and water consumption. How did I forget how good it feels to be in healthy control?! How did I forget how good it feels to be making good choices? How did I forget how it feels to have courage and believe in my ability to reach my weight loss goal? Each day flows into the next with great hope and a smile on my face.
