I have been practicing new behaviors at home and going out to eat. I've been tracking everything, everything even a peace of gum. Drinking more water especially before meals. When i go out to eat I always ask for water and a salad. Dressing on the side. Most of the time I put vinegar and oil on it. I order whole wheat and extra vegetable and the leanest of proteins, and if it's a big piece, I take half home and enjoy the extra veggies.
I walk and lift weights at least 4 times a week, sometimes I really had to push myself, but I tell myself I will lose faster. So far I have lost 18 pounds. Exercise is not such a chore now I'm actually liking it, because I no it has helped me allot.
