    Hey! Just got to watch this blog so here's my comments! Your arms look awesome! I bet that even when you weighed 125 before you didn't have that to look at!
The yoga situation sounds awesome!! Those fees can add up to nickel and dime you to death and I'm jealous of your unlimited free yoga! I've been wanting to get into yoga lately especially with the pregnancy, but I'm limited until I find someone to watch my daughter. I don't think there's a prenatal class, but there's a regular class at my gym.
I do not envy you on grading those research papers!!!!
You are so consistent and awesome and an inspiration for those of us who are pretty wishy-washy. Keep at it!

    Good job staying on track with your fitness during the school year. I know a teacher who invariably gains a lot of weight during the school year and loses it over the Summer.

Shoulders look great!

Your shoulders are looking good - very good definition! It's always fun to notice the changes in your body..."Hmmmm, that wasn't there a week ago!"

Free Yoga for cleaning up here and there? Gotta love work study programs.

Sorry the weather is miserable and cold. I'm fine with the cold until my hands and feet get cold. If my hands and feet get cold, I'm worthless. The weather here is about to get slightly wet, but it's been killer hot all week! Today it's overcast but the humidity makes it hard to breathe.

Okay! Go grade papers!

    YOu are right about the definition in your shoulders. They look great. What Yoga have you been doing? Is it amazing that you get to do the yoga for free. Oh thankyou so much you just motivated me to go and put on Banish Fat. I was going to go and put on my pjs. Not now....
The colder it is there the warmer here so I am not feeling sorry for you. I have to admit today here it was cold. The wind was very chilly. Well no more sitting around. Im going to get in my workout gear and work off my 2 pieces of vege pizza.

Well done for getting through the Jillian, I did the same one yesterday! I think the first three circuits, she really attacks but then it does cool down so when it gets hard, I have to remember that it does cool down after!

You have got lots of definition in your shoulders! That's really impressive! So, I'm thinking yoga is definitely a good idea! hehe.

Keep up the good positive vibes! I had a great day yesterday working out and I'm gonna do the same today plus hopefully do my work for uni...
