Fighting the Hunger Monster . . .

What if we could fight hunger like Popeye did with spinach? Wouldn't that be lovely. . . . So how did I fight over indulgence today: I ate strawberries & a banana & I did have swedish fish but one serving so far. lol

I did walking today, I did Pilates Sculpt with weights & push ups & tricep dips & inner & outer thigh. I am tired but I do need a yoga workout so I will go to exercisetv.com for a freebies. How did you fight the urge to over eat?

    fight the urge to eat with a healthy plentiful snack like blueberries or almonds with fat free cheese. healthy fats keeps you fuller longer and that is my secret weapon.

    I ate greek yogurt, even though it isn't my favorite. But it has no fat and 10g of protein to keep me full.
    It held me through my kickboxing class and all the way until I made dinner.

    WAY TO GO. I FIND WHEN I AM HUNGRY I EAT THE HIGH ENERGY TRAILMIX. I GOT IT FROM SP RECIPES. IT IS REALLY GOOD AND I FIND THAT WITH THE CRUNCH IT MAKES ME FEEL FULL. I AM A CRUNCHY LIFESTYLE CHANGE PERSON.
