I've worked out every day. Yeah!

I'm still stuggling with food.

I was just sitting here and going through my history in the reports. I shake my head sadly.... how did I manage to regain nearly 30 lbs? In 9 months? And no baby to show for it this time... oh, wait.... I guess you could say my business is the baby I now have. The first 4 months were tiring and sleepless and stressful and full of changes and adjustments.... hmmm.... like motherhood the first time around.... Now it is month 5: busy but feeling in the swing of things and getting help and mahnaging better and making time for me again.

We'll see how i did at the weigh in tomorrow!

    Dont stress about the past, that is so counterproductive. Just think about how good you will feel when the weight starts to drop away. Make it your new lifeplan to always eat healthilly and exercise and you will never have this problem again. I wish you luck.
